Join Careys Manor for From Field to Fork: A New Forest Food & Wine Experience, an intimate evening celebrating the exceptional flavours of the New Forest on Friday 8th May.

Expect seasonal dishes, local produce, and a welcoming atmosphere – a true taste of the New Forest. This special seasonal dining experience showcases a thoughtfully curated four-course menu created using locally sourced ingredients from New Forest Fruit Company, a family-run farm based in nearby Beaulieu. With sustainability at the heart of everything they do, their produce reflects the very best of the New Forest — including freshly harvested asparagus and strawberries featured throughout the evening.

Each course will be paired with wines from the B58 Winery, also locally-based in Beaulieu. Owner and Vigneron Sandy Booth will host a relaxed wine tasting and talk, sharing the story behind the vineyard, the wines, and how they complement each dish.
