Lymington Seafood Festival is delighted to welcome Jane Devonshire to the demonstration kitchen on Saturday 11th Aug. Since winning MasterChef in 2016, Hampshire based Jane has taken the bull by the food horns and tested herself further by working with a number of amazing chefs including Marcus Wareing, Atul Kochher, Jason Atherton, Michel Roux and Michael O’Hare at their restaurants.

Jane has presented at numerous Food & Drink Shows around the UK including BBC Good Food Show, Foodies, Ideal Home and many others.  Her travels have taken her all over the country teaching and presenting. She is passionate about seasonal and healthy ingredients. A passion that is clear to see through her recipes and chatting to people about food.

One day a week is put aside for support for two cancer charities which are very close to her heart, Ark Cancer Charity and The Haven.  As well as working with charities, Jane is also working closely with local schools to impart her enthusiasm for food amongst the students.

Jane also heads up the #my2aweek campaign for Seafish.  She is working closely with them developing recipes that can be taken into schools to educate children and families how to cook fish and to try to get them to eat at least 2 portions of fish a week.

The past year has been incredibly busy for Jane and is getting busier by the day as her first cookery book based on Everyday Hassle Free Gluten Free Recipes is being published later this year. So we are even more delighted to have her join us at The Lymington Seafood Festival 2018 and we can’t wait to see what she will be cooking up!
